The Meiko childcare facility “Nobikko” was opened in April 2020 as part of the expansion of employee benefits and the promotion of ESG management. The facility has been renewed on the first floor of the “F” building of the head office, which was an idle facility, providing a cozy place where children can relax with peace of mind. In addition, by adding a cooking facility, the lunch is handmade every day and warm meal suitable for the age is provided. We are currently taking care of two children. When the weather is nice, we can go out to the nearby park to feel the sun and the breeze, and enjoy playing with a nursery teacher indoors such as playing house. It is a relaxing atmosphere unique to a small number of people.
