Measures taken to prevent Covid-19 infection in the group companies.

Meiko Group Companies, including overseas operations, where the State of Emergency have been declared, take the following measures to prevent the transmission of Coronavirus. The Emergency Committee in the headquarters controls and manages to pursue the following countermeasures within the Group;
・Measurement of body temperature and checking the health condition of all employees
・Washing hands using alcohol antiseptic available
・Prohibiting using air towel (hands dryer)
・Keeping social distance and air circulation
・Promoting work at home
・Using TV conference system
・Promoting flexible-time working
・Prohibiting business trips
All employees in overseas sales offices have implemented work at home.
