As a manufacturer and seller of electronic circuit boards, we believe that its business depends on gaining the trust of customers through the appropriate management of their valuable information. Through the acquisition of ISO27001, the international standard for information security management systems (ISMS), we have built, maintained, and strengthened an information security management system for our customer's information.
Information Security Policy
Based on our philosophy, in order to protect customer information and our information assets from threats such as unauthorized access, disasters, crime, and cyberattacks, we will implement measures to strengthen security and raise the awareness of management and employees regarding information security. We recognizes the above information security risks as one of the risks involved in corporate management, and hereby declares that the management and employees of Meiko will work together to implement the Information Security Policy and our philosophy.

Personal Information Protection
In order to comply with the law regarding the protection of personal information and to handle personal information appropriately, Meiko has established "Personal Information Protection Regulations" and takes strict care when handling personal information.
Information security activities
Meiko, which is in a position to hold important customer information, recognizes the importance of information security and has been gradually expanding the scope of application since receiving its first certification in 2006.

Targeted email attack drills
To raise awareness of information security risks, since fiscal 2017, we have conducted training every year to simulate targeted email attacks by sending mock emails to all email users in Japan. We plan to continue conducting targeted email attacks on a regular basis.
