Mega Thru Hole
"Mega Through Hole" is useful for circuits equipped with power semiconductors that require high heat dissipation and large current. Meiko's original technology allows for the formation of a conductor thickness in the through hole that is more than three times thicker than normal, enabling the transfer of extremely high heat and current.
This technology won the JPCAShow AWARDS 2020 award.
