Meiko offers aluminum-based heat dissipation substrates, which combine cost-effective aluminum with high-quality heat dissipation resin, and copper-based heat dissipation substrates, which combine copper with high heat dissipation properties with heat dissipation resin. You can also choose a cavity structure for the substrate, in which the LED element is directly mounted on the metal base.
