Printed circuit board design and development
Our "circuit board professionals" have been involved in the manufacturing of printed circuit boards for many years and are familiar with the characteristics and structure of circuit boards.With this in mind, we are able to provide proposals and detailed support from our unique perspective in order to ensure that components are mounted reliably and that safe products are delivered to customers.
Integrated manufacturing and mounting factory
At Meiko Vietnam Factory, the circuit board manufacturing process and the component mounting/assembly process are located next to each other, which reduces costs by eliminating transportation costs between factories. It also reduces risks by avoiding defects and logistics accidents that occur during transportation.
Introducing our own original "soldering robot"
Generally available soldering robots are not made from scratch for mounting, but are made by combining different parts.Meiko's soldering robots, on the other hand, have been specially developed for soldering, achieving high reproducibility.
Metal mask
We provide high-quality metal masks that are created by absorbing the needs of all kinds of customers, including those in automotive, communications, home appliances, and industrial equipment. As electronic components become increasingly smaller, metal masks are becoming increasingly important in ensuring mounting quality. By accurately grasping market needs and working together with our sales, development, and manufacturing departments, we create products that provide strong support for achieving stable mounting quality.
